I conducted interviews(i.e Formal communication) with concerned peoples to get more clarity on product to understand well on expectations of end users.
1. Existing product Challenges and areas of improvements?
2. How user feels using existing virtual platforms ?
3. Would they recommend the platform to others ?
4. How much time virtual platform consumes to solve or providing assistance to users?
In this case, the main goal was to gather information for creating the future website design and to allow and provide best Healthcare home services on a reliable platform.
Users of other virtual platform often do not feel taken seriously and feel that they are unable to present their ideas to others.
They don't feel motivated enough to being "fit" as they feel that their feedback will not create any impact.
Group work is not liked, but this is mainly due to lack of motivation of individuals within the groups and different types of learning.
Even lower-level user group can handle apps of a high degree of complexity, while educators often take much longer.
Group would like to use more technology for educational purposes, but their inadequate and there is a lack of easy-to-learn and helpful software.
Some of users feel critical to use digital devices because they perceive them as distracting. It needs new, more positive experiences.
“I think that the use of technical devices can be very distracting very quickly. The actual content will only be secondary.”
Some users in the perception on how often digital devices are used for educational purposes.
After the first Step, I took the mission statement and the brand attributes to craft design directions aka stylescapes to present to the client right before starting the final designs.
We selected above approach because, due to the simplified blue-black-and-white style, they felt that it gives them more confidence to end users also we are making sure to consider WCAG standards as product is for Old Age Group.

Learning
In retrospect, We get the product/site reviewed and tested from stakeholders also from requried user group, Overall goal was to take feedback and consider that in future steps. There are actually some points that we do revisit and made necessary changes at very intial stage of building the Wireframes

Especially as it gets more complex, Journey mapping is very helpful, on the one hand to put a comprehensive process on paper and to uncover problematic and promising points, on the other hand to provide a basis for good cooperation for all stakeholders.
Initial/Small steps make big changes because big change can not be brought overnight, especially not just by an application alone. Accordingly, develop more strategically meaningful and realistically applicable tools that steer in the intended direction.
