In a four hour workshop, we jointly developed brand attributes, target groups and goals. It is not the goal to have extensive discussions or to develop a perfect solution, but to make quick decisions, to get commitment and to be able to act strategically despite limited time and budget.
By brainstorming and prioritizing brand attributes in various categories we created user journey map together this took us just about 60 minutes.

Feeling How do others feel after being in contact with us?
Impact What tangible impact do we have on others?
X-Factor How are we different from others?
In this case, the main goal was to gather information for creating the future website design and to allow and provide best Healthcare home services on a reliable platform.
After the first Step, I took the mission statement and the brand attributes to craft design directions aka stylescapes to present to the client right before starting the 2nd workshop.
We selected above approach because, due to the simplified blue-black-and-white style, they felt that it gives them more confidence to end users also we are making sure to consider WCAG standards as product is for Old Age Group.
To understand the need product/website role, I ran a content audit listing all available information and features. Based on this, we collectively decided what to keep, what to kick and how content can be integrated into a more intuitive information architecture.

To make sure that the product/website covers all the Journey map improvements, below are some required considerations
To ensure an intuitive understanding of the product/site wireframes were shown and compared with existing end users in this we have makesure the initials steps are being reviewed by group. So that if there some feedback and suggestions that we can redo and reconsider the expectations at initial stage.

In retrospect, We get the product/site reviewed and tested from stakeholders also from requried user group, Overall goal was to take feedback and consider that in future steps. There are actually some points that we do revisit and made necessary changes at very intial stage of building the Wireframes

The website is currently under development.
Due to the flawless collaboration, after the workshops and added revisions, in visual design and Wireframes. As a bonus it helps to consider and build out product/site wireframes and Hi-fi designs on time so there was no delay from UI/UX side
As a learning: Make sure to really (I mean, really really) get the expectations of the group right and to clearly communicate the exact goal of the individual exercises – I thought I did so, but I felt a lack of understanding here and there.
