UX RESEARCH #1

Brand & Strategy Kickoff

In a four hour of discussion/meeting with sales teams, we jointly gathered information, what are the challenges existing Site have? what needs to be upgraded? Also we gathered information from existing Partner site users challenges users are facing with existing UI/UX and their expectations.

Brand Attributes & Mission Statement

By taking considerations of feedback users have we gathered information in form of Affinity Diagrams where we separated challenges, improvements, Empathy.

In this case, the main goal was to gather information for creating the future Product design and to allow and provide best outcome result which is according to Sales team/End Users.

WORKSHOP #2

Finding a Visual Style

After the first Step, I took the mission statement and the brand attributes to craft design directions and provide clear directions which brand colors we will user where for overall branding of product.

We selected above color Schema of Partner site and this style is finalized by stakeholders, they felt that it gives them more confidence to end users also we are making sure to consider WCAG standards as product is for Old Age Group.

Information Architecture

Traditional/Existing UI/UX

Below are some challenging screens which need to be worked and improved so that we can build the UI/UX which is according to Sales team/Stakeholders and End user requirement.

Some screens that shows lack of consitency and User Experience.

Learning
In retrospect, We get the product/site reviewed and tested from stakeholders also from requried user group, Overall goal was to take feedback and consider that in future steps. There are actually some points that we do revisit and made necessary changes at very intial stage of building the Wireframes

The website is currently under development.

Conclusion

Due to the flawless collaboration, As a result we build the UI/UX of Partner site on time and work is under development now I am supporting teams with assests and UI Reviews.

As a learning: There are still some areas of improvement and I am working with stakeholders to get that finalized for teams.
